Didn’t Spielberg work on The Dig with Lucasarts? Now that you mention it, it does seem weird they’ve never made that into a movie.
Tl;dr: There’s no particular bias to heads or tails, but a coin will land the same way it was when it was tossed 51% of the time.
It's really not gamified. It doesn't "nudge" you. There are no dark UX patterns that I've seen. They do not let you "go from training wheels to driving motorcycles" any more than the actual American driving test does…
