Very cool! It would be nice to have a bit more information in the readme about the project structure and e.g. how to adapt it for other cities :)
Maybe I'm not the target group if I don't know it, but the page not once explains what FIRE means/abbreviates.
This seems not optimized for mobile.
I like to use ShareDrop.io [1]. It's peer to peer, auto discovers in local networks but works globally with shareable links. Only downside, because nothing is stored it's not asynchronous. [1] https://www.sharedrop.io/
