Software engineer & entrepreneur from Uruguay.
In 2007 I created a model-driven user interface generator that was way too early to the no-code revolution and failed miserably.
Afterwards, I was in charge of several product teams producing reusable software components for .NET developers. We did quite well and became worldwide leader in some of the platforms.
In 2012 I founded Paganza, a bill payments app that become the leader in mobile payments in Uruguay. We failed to do the internationalization and were acquired by Grupo Santander in 2018. I took mainly product but also some business roles in the company.
I now direct an innovation LAB for Santander in Uruguay, while wait to terminate the earn outs period.
