This is so frustratingly true… I’ve seen this play out over and over… often these people are mistakenly promoted and eventually they sink the ship.
Obviously… if you’re that smart you would have picked me as a manager and never quit ;-)
As a hiring manager, and a professional who worked their way up. I would add if you leave because a place is terrible… leave out what you think is terrible about your current or previous company in your new interview.…
