As an HSBC premier client with over $100k - I'm wondering what's going to change. I liked their loose nature with international accounts - I opened Canadian and Italian bank accounts with little more than verbal asks.

If Tahoe falls, it's going to get gentrified in one fell swoop. The locals who live there won't be able to afford to rebuild OR the fire insurance. Only people who can afford to build / buy will be overcompensated…
