Not sure what your definition of "hack" is but apple seems to be "anti hack" on all fronts. They do have good hardware, but surely the hacker in you is a little sad using an IPhone!

I think a part of the issue was, everyone living outside the walls did not even try to kick the gates open as everyone assumed a big (cryptographically secure) lock was being used by all gatekeepers.
Certainly its not the same, or atleast thats what thet want you to think. BUT I thought uncle sam had the ultimate authority? Its the land of freedom until they decide they dont like you.
