im still figuring this out too. i started with my local market and reached out to ppl i know first, and we're almost at 1000 users now. what kind of website are you marketing?
The iPad status panel sounds useful. What did you end up putting on it, and does it pull from existing services or do you maintain the data yourself?
I use both Claude Code and Codex with a bunch of project-specific skills and AGENTS.md files. Worktrees have been really useful when running multiple sessions on the same repo, otherwise they can step on each others…
