I’m somewhat of an Apple fanboy, and I find this absolutely unacceptable.
Whilst I’m in favour of the result, how is it possible for a humanist viewpoint to be classified as a religious belief?
Is it not? Perhaps phones make us better at (and finding more joy in) quickly switching tasks, rather than in reducing maximum sustained attention. At least this study would seem to suggest something similar.

True, but them letting their kid use a screen once when you happen to see it is in no way an indication of bad parenting.
Nothing feeds imagination more than boredom. Kids should get bored much more often; they’ll come up with some very creative play afterward.

Isn’t most of it old people who forget to drink though? Perhaps nursing homes should nurse, and ensure people drink enough?

When I studied psychology 20 years ago we had a class which covered this, and at least then there were studies indeed showing these associations are exactly due to these phonetic identifiers.

Unfortunately that was a flawed study. They paired trained chimps with people who saw the task for the first time. It was later repeated, and if given the same training, humans still outperform chimps in this task.

Apple removed all streaming apps from the Apple TV platform, so for new users: Apple TV is all but useless now.
The same happened to a major Dutch supermarket chain. Seems a coordinated attack, perhaps not coincidentally on the day the US supreme NATO commander gave a speech about the defence against (hybrid) attacks.
Not to be too forward, but whenever a company touches Cyprus we all know full well the only reasons are tax evasion or fraud.
