Hey Hadley!! Personally only issues for me with integrating R is making renv play nice in multistage docker builds. I found that I need to have my other pipeline software built in the same stage as my R env setup…

I believe the Apple Watch is a class 2 medical device because it alerts you if it thinks you’re having a heart attack. They probably got a 510k for this and based it on some other predicate device
Typically the board is supposed to do that in a startup setting, not sure how that would go down at a large company

Sounds like he hasn’t heard of PCCP (Predetermined Change Control Plan)…you need this if you want to get pre market approval for ml/ai software-as-medical-device products

Interesting, I assume this fixed the issue because you guys could just agree on interfaces and communication standards and then mock each others services until ready?
