I don't know how true this is but I've heard the older diesels (2000 era) actually had lower NOx emissions than the newer models due to them running at lower temperatures as they weren't trying to hit newer regulations…
Old computers don't have whole computers built into the motherboards running inaccessible operating systems that can't be switched off.
I haven't attempted that setup however I've got a Nginx server acting as a reverse proxy which implements DNS-over-TLS. Android 9 has support for custom private DNS servers so I just point it to my home IP and works…
