Please consider using "hearing impaired" as a more inclusive term, or ideally "deaf and hard of hearing". Their are plenty of people who can still hear some things but are not entirely deaf.
most websites dont work well on small screens because of the modern ui with all of the extra spacing this issue affects women particularly because we have smaller hands and so use smaller screens its yet anther example…
