Why not just start the meeting by asking people what they did that weekend? Take an honest interest in their life rather than having them... fill out an emotional intelligence wheel?
A lot of podcasters make money off of live shows and merchandise too. If they had a large, devout audience, but couldn’t make money, it seems their main issue was relying on the wrong form of monetization.
