It’s the same every fing year. People (developers) don’t test the beta, but just complains when the .0 is released in the fall with ”how could anyone have anticipated this?”
That’s what the beta released at wwdc is for! To test software before the release, to get build breaks before the general public and fix them then.
The solution is obviously to switch partner.
