The 2001 IPCC report projected 3-14cm of sea level rise in the period 1990-2025. Per wikipedia, actual sea level rise from 1993-2017 was 7.5cm. IPCC, see summary of Q3.9 on p9 https://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar3/syr/
