  1. Ask HN: What's the tax deal for non-U.S. citizens with American company RSUs

    I am an Australian working for an American company and some RSUs of mine just vested. I would like to sell them, do I have to pay capital gains tax in the US? Would I get taxed by the ATO (Australian Tax Office?)
