Right? Aren't we constantly told that scientists smarter than us little people can't figure out what's going on inside of deep learning structures? How do we know they might not be more moral because they don't yet have…
I know about ITAR. Cannons were in common use during the 1790s as well. Export ban does not equal possession ban.
I'll do you one better--to negative infinity mod points and beyond! I can put a 13b parameter LLM on my phone. That makes it a bearable arm. Arms are not defined under the US Constitution, just the right of _the_people_…

Thank God for Georgie Gerganov, who doesn't get showered with vc funds for his GGML library.
And what does Noam think a human does from the moment his eyes open and the amniotic fluid is drained from his ears? Humans gorge on hundreds of terabytes of data until they reach around puberty. Oh. But it's squishy…
Jp6 is some nasty stuff.
Seems snap-25 also causes issues alongside d2. It helps pop out dopamine bubbles, in layman's terms. Dopamine is made in the nerve cell, then it is released outside the cell by a bubble called a synaptic vessel that…
CBT has to be focused with an understanding that any effort--notebooks, sticky notes, etc--is going to exhaust your already precious executive function.
Half a century brother. It doesn't get any better but life is still worth living. You can reach your potential with accommodations.

Yup. You will also need to externalise your executive function and working memory. Get a fitbit to buzz for all alarms so that you don't miss meetings, etc because you silenced your phone and turned off buzz.
Coaching probably does not require part 21 compliance. It's like "this is not intended to treat any disorder..." disclaimers on supplements. FDA compliance is exhausting and very difficult/expensive. They might have…
