It sounds like with RStudio and Two Sigma they've got startup capital at least. I hope others join them in funding this important work!
For work use, I'd need to host it on-prem. Otherwise even if it's great, legal etc won't let me use it.
Same question but for QNAP. It's hard to figure out the right setup to make sure my QNAP is 100% backed up, safe from user error, etc. especially without dieing from sync fees.
