Most of the thread is about web, so a mobile question: do the agents run on real devices, or only simulators and emulators? A lot of the bugs I chase only show up on specific Android OEM builds or mid-range phones.
The seasonal trees from the city database are a great touch. The buildings reminded me a bit of 3DCityDB. Did you look at CityGML or 3DCityDB at all, or go straight from OSM and LiDAR?
