Feedly has this. You can generate a unique email address for each newsletter. Pretty sure you'll need pay. I'm on a lifetime sub.
Yikes. I read THOUSANDS of RSS headlines on a daily basis. This is exactly why I use RSS. You can easily get a glimpse of headlines and keep browsing.
Feedly (paid service though) does a good job of discovery on their search tool.

Devoted feedly user here. If you switch to 'Title only-view' and switch the display density to 'condensed' in the settings (Click user profile pic --> Settings --> Appearance), I think that should solve your annoyances.…
