When he climbs on the fence, get as far away from him as possible. When he jumps off, jump away and hit roundhouse, this usually beats him.
1. Because it's not necessary, there are a lot of them instead, so it runs through a short script, picks another one at random, rinse, lather, repeat. 2. Longer scripts would be recognisable and easy to beat.
