I don't generally think of myself as a victim. It seems that my income puts me in the top 1% for my age (just about any 6 figure salary will do that). It's all my classmates and friends I'm worried about.
Ok, so you can export it, but only in a format that is useful to a programmer.
Granted, this is true for the more distant cities. But if I'm going to San Francisco or Berkeley (let's be honest, where the hell else would I want to go), the train ride itself is less than 15 minutes.
Unfortunately for people my age, home prices have been growing faster than incomes recently.
Sample size too small I'd guess.
What are "those jobs" you're referring to? This announcement also includes new models produced in the US and no layoffs as far as I can tell.
Does this mean that before I can add any features to my product, I have to wait for them to be part of the data standard?
IMO bad amateur acting often involves people reciting lines in a weird stilted way instead of just talking normally. I don't know how to act like someone else, but I can act like myself at least.
I'm aware that home prices dropped in 2008. I'm also aware that they settled at a level significantly above the prices of 2000. Check any of the home price indices if you don't believe me.
Tell me more about all the places where a home bought in 2000 is worth less now, and all the colleges where tuition was not 50% cheaper in the 90s.
Sounds like similar prices and commute to Daly City. Can anyone who knows both regions distinguish them for me?
Except old people are objectively better off in the US. It must be such a hard life, not having huge student debt and already having equity in a house so you can afford to turn down the 60 hour jobs. If only everyone…
The list of cities I can get to from Oakland on BART in under 30 minutes is pretty long.
