I think your site needs a lot more explanation of what it actually is you're doing. I read the "How this works", but that's not written for someone completely out of the loop.
This guy doesn't seem to be willing to actually help you. I'd consider trying a new chat session with, hopefully, a new guy who's capable of doing his job.
