Joomla looks like a project frozen in time. The code and template engine reek of old php. I'm glad I don't have to maintain anything in it again.
It doesn't hurt your internet reputation as much as it gives them fake internet reputation. Which eventually will come bite them back if they try to use it.
My local newspaper's website never links to outside pages, always to previous articles within the site. I assume it is to prevent readers to go wander off.
What's the status of asm.js in mobile? It would be nice if there was a front-end framework in some other language that could compile to asm.js.
An easy way to check would be to give the users gloves of a distinguishable color they are not wearing (it just have to cover the back of the hand) and check for that color to cover the dots.
Maybe it would be more accurate with sensors in the holds (maybe a low range IR sensor on each one). Starting/stopping the timer then would just be a matter of touching the right hold.

Are they comparable? I thought UE was geared towards FPS while Unity was more generalist.
I thought it was free until you started making an amount of money that made buying a license a non-issue.
> I fear that it is necessary to install half of Ubuntu to get the games running This could be a good use case for Docker containers. I remember they showed Quake running on Docker at a convention so it should be…

And convenience comes with lack of power. Some extensions need access to more powerful features to do their thing. It would make more sense to just keep both.
Git is free software, I don't see why RMS should have a problem with it. Is he still a commiter anyway?
After trying it a bit, this could be very useful for quickly prototyping mobile application workflow.
