Just curious, why did you think there was a pivot away from flat design? I'm also interested in learning about some alternative designs though.
*All due :)
I actually really wasn't being facetious. It was my understanding that podcasts were an Internet centric thing, and was curious whether there were offline versions I wasn't aware of. I love the idea of an "aural mobile…
The episode is explicitly mentioned in the article. Also, just curious, is there any other kind of podcast besides an internet one?
That's not a bad system. Can I ask how long it took you to upload it all to Dropbox?
In case anyone isnt getting the sarcasm in the title, quote from the article: >Since I happened to have a pound of almonds in the refrigerator I decided to count up those little water suckers and see how much water it…
As someone at the very other end of the 20s spectrum: 1. My own responsibility towards myself and my life weighs a lot more heavily on me at 29 than it did at 22. At 22 I had faith that it would work out, somehow. I…
An extension I use regularly got zapped (Website Screenshot). There are definitely alternatives out there, but it's a little annoying that there was no indication as to WHY it was removed. Oh well.
Poorly done parallax scrolling. You'd think they would have learned by now.

Why is that bullshit?
I have graph search. Tried this, got four results, all male. So yes, this seems to be true.
Well, I bookmarked it, so I'm good right?
Offtopic, but I prefer it that way. I hear enough people yammering away all day, I don't need it on my commute as well (I'd be fine with it if they just instituted data, but since when has the MTA ever done anything…
They already are used domestically. One was used in North Dakota to track and arrest armed subjects (http://articles.latimes.com/2011/dec/10/nation/la-na-drone-a...). Another was used in Austin, TX to do recon for a…

Isn't that what App.net is supposed to be? Or are there problems with it I can't identify (being too poor to deem $5 a month on a social network a valid expense).
This is beautiful. It fulfills the promise of worldwide webcams (being able to easily peer into different parts of the world) with better quality, better interface, and mobile. I tend to get overly moony about things…
