I think if you’re targeting developers, then Discord is fine. If you’re targeting businesses, then you’d want a contact-us form at the bare minimum.

Cannot disagree more. The author is either a Javascript savant or has never worked on a 100k LOC Javascript project. I remember the days before Typescript, chasing down those “undefined” Javascript bugs. Not fun.
