Who's the arbiter on what's an -ism and an -obia? Just feels like another tactic by the left to create a safe space for itself by demonizing anything that might undermine its arguments.
I would add to this that great designers will expect to have input at the product level. It's hard to simplify a product that's not properly thought through.
For us it was a battle of making the application better versus submitting earlier. We decided to make the application better and then submit yesterday, rather than being one of the crowd working up to the wire.
