It's going to be an HR and lawsuit issue in the future. There is a reason in the USA we don't have head shots on our resume.

There are urban areas where the housing choices, the lack of space, means you are going to be doing your hobbies outside of the home.
Could this be cell service providers switching from 4g to 5g? ATT sent me two new phones out of the blue b/c they are switching and previous phones were not 5G.
I know some MIT labs work that way. Backstabbing people b/c there are only so many upper positions instead of titling and paying people their skill level you would have to wait for someone to retire.
