This seems like a perfect framework to use for embedded SCADA/HMI systems. I’ve been debating home brewing my own system but this should be a great replacement.
Yeah I’ll pass on games that essentially want to install spyware only to be forced always online anyways. Never have to deal with that issue on indie games.

Microsoft is real good at prioritizing blatant spam emails to in my inbox and constantly moving to junk or never receiving important and legit emails.
My current jobsite still uses vista era laptops with 4GB of memory, a battery that dies within minutes if not plugged in, and a painfully slow spindle drive. A 3 year old computer would be a luxury here.
