What is the best tool to download an entire site that uses Javavascript to link to images, to re-write the links so they can be read offline?

Does anyone have a suggest for what tool does this job best? I have some real estate sites which display properties and use javascript and pictures on a separate domain and I can't find a tool that can download it.
