In the same vein all of my results are schools except two so it would be nice to have some filters on keyword.
I agree! These are just miserable places to live. Please reconsider just moving to Arizona or Utah. Leave us to our 10 months of misery a year. :)
Shhh don’t encourage people to come by making comparisons please.
That’s a model of addiction as a “habit” with a loss of self-control. But the other definition of addiction is really more like “continued use of the substance is required to eliminate a syndrome which only occurs when…
That’s basically what a Homeowner’s Association is. They can levy fees, prosecute violations of bylaws, and generally do whatever the bylaws say. They have very little oversight.
FWIW if you’re that concerned about scaring other people out of your way you could just wave a gun around out the driver’s side window. You’d spend less money and get your desired effect.
If it’s a Lowes you can get the parts delivered next day. And you’ll know the threads are compatible. Most of the stuff I’ve gotten on Amazon technically fits NPT fittings but it leaks really badly unless you coat it…
You’ll have a distinctly different experience buying clothes on there. 95% of the items don’t fit as described, the fabrics are not as pictured. My wife has a whole box of clothing returns she has to do for some…
I’m not sure why you’d lump that together here? Motivations and context and the actual facts of a particular situation matter. Nobody has said “no group can ever use their power” which is what you’re hearing. People…
The polymerization process should continue until the seasoning ceases to smoke. A lot of people do it poorly because they don’t understand what the process is meant to accomplish.…

There are wheelchairs that can climb stairs. This is a solved problem if you want it to be.
Have you listened to how people like Altman and Thiel talk? They do not seem to care about regular people except as objects to be subjugated. This kind of talk is also how we get a president that claims repeatedly to…
Which is fine if you like human culture to never change for the next ten thousand years. LLMs can only ever interpolate or extrapolate things they’ve already been trained on.
It’s only an issue for some fitters that still use recessed tray tables.
It’s at least got a 5-point harness and head and side guards which is something no adult on the plane has.
I would settle for being allowed to use something like the CARES universally which is currently a total crapshoot. Even car seats are still a challenge if traveling internationally. We’re advised to do all this stuff to…
Most likely still in a backless booster which means you need a bigger back seat.
Feasibility and resource availability are your first job before you buy land or break ground. For houses the bank requires at least a certificate of water availability from a utility or an evaluation of the feasibility…
I bet you could spin the natural gas in a centrifuge to eliminate larger particles.
> supporting Device Tree by including the blob in a ROM somewhere shouldn't be much more work (if any) than including working ACPI tables, but we all know how that works out in practice! This is definitely a thing in…
Different kinds too? You never know when you might need a ball peen hammer or a soft faced hammer or a rubber or deadblow mallet or a framing hatchet. Why take the chance?
Just call 811 and let the utility figure it out.
It sure is contextual. And nobody would disagree with your examples. The difference here seems to be more of a power imbalance than any objection to terms. In particular, terms of service are often very dense documents.…
