TLDR: string parsing is hard and most of us are vulnerable to assumptions and/or never get around to do those fuzzy tests properly when checking that input is handled correctly.

If that third country has something like the CLOUD Act, then yes.
Seems like a good fit for bundling and/or containerization of js-apps.
I can not say that I really understand anything but I like it; any chance of using the term factorial in meetings outside of gaming is a win.

There are those of us who actually enjoy Windows and prefer using Vagrant with zsh when doing Linux devevlopment. OS X just doesn't cut it when it comes to keyboard shortcuts and window management... Linux is nice but…
I was thinking someone ported the Spark View Engine (for .NET MVC) https://github.com/SparkViewEngine/spark.
I've never had adware/toolbars or such installed by chocolatey, can't speak for others though. I use when I want a quick way of getting for example the JRE without crap installed.
Enabled it for my father-in-law just the other day since he has both a slow laptop and likes to scroll the entire window with the arrow keys.

If you have git on the command line in Windows a lot of the most common programs are already there (see https://github.com/msysgit/msysgit/tree/master/bin).
C# solutions on the other hand builds way faster (in my experience).
Even easier if you're both swedish and have at least some knowledge in metal bands (coming from a guy that shared rehearsal space with Meshuggah in the late 80's).
My last two job offers came from people who had checked out my SO answers among other things.
