And then there's CommonMark: http://commonmark.org/ They aim to standardize the "markdown-like" formats into a single unified one. It's not done yet but it's certainly better than everyone for themselves.

Has anyone spotted the documentation for the new shared library system yet? Plugin-based architecture is one of the biggest things I've wanted in Go and it seems to finally be happening.

Author here - Actually, the big problem was RDS EC2-Classic DB security groups, which ClassicLink doesn't help with. ClassicLink certainly is a feature, but it's not one that would have helped with the subset of groups…
