This wiki seems somewhat out of date. For example OP lists support for P2362R3, but the wiki has that as red.

Also consider cost (in terms of CO2, resource consumption, etc) of building and maintaining the renewable energy sources. I don't know how this would compare between underwater datacenter, solar panels, wind.
