The reality: Silicon Valley has had a lot of bad press lately and like Michael Bluth’s family on Arrested Development they want you to know that “we’re nice now”.
I live by this mantra. If you are lucky enough to be hired be a FAANG or a startup/company that compensates you well, live and save like it’s not going to last forever.

Check out the Light Phone 2 on indegogo. It might fit the bill for a small form factor phone at a good price point with a small suite of apps.
Interesting. We’ve recently found we weren’t doing anything but endless scrolling on Netflix and then going over to actually watch something on Hulu. So we cancelled our subscription.
