I do something simular. I use the window titles to track the call lenghth and the icon in the menubar to track my teamsstatus. Works flawless.
GPT-5.2 failed when asked the question in german. Took multiple additonal hints to get it to revert it answer.

I use hammerspoon for this but if you don't want to write your own scripts this might be nice.
Why is it more expensive to buy multiple license at once?
