I’m with you here. Further: Even though I disagree with it, “GitHub down, Microsoft bad” is a defensible take, but we’ve seen it ad nauseam at this point.

In agent-mode mode, IMO, the sweet spot is 2-3 concurrent tasks/sessions. You don’t want to sit waiting for it, but you don’t want to context-switch across more than a couple contexts yourself.
GitHub Copilot with Opus 4.5 as the model is great. I have not tried Claude Code, so maybe I don’t know what I’m missing.

Wondered this too. Diabetics are at risk for hypoglycemia because of the insulin they take, not the diabetes itself. Maybe metformin for a prediabetic could have this effect?
