there are tags attached to all videos, not sure what you're missing. what would be nice is if the tags were wikified to allow the crowd to deterime the content of the video rather then the uploader.
i think 99.9% average uptime is good enough, no system is perfect
what kind of data portability features are there (I can't see any)? Would love to know my data can be ripped as .csv and taken with me should i choose to, especially on the paid plans. cheers.
