Just for a point of clarification can you site a case where forced redistribution made the problem worse?
I'm not sure anyone in the rural area of my childhood would say that Zuckerberg's parents (psychiatrist, and dentist) were just "middle-class". I'm not saying he isn't talented, but he did have a software developer…
