You can extract .crx files for any extension straight away to see the source (Use 7zip). Install it to Chrome using Load unpacked extension if it doesn't work when dropped.

Great concept! And, I like the way it is presented - with neat illustrations and minimal text.
I believe most of these can be achieved by using Android Firewall. Rooted phones only, but then CM requires the same. You can select what all apps get internet access, and it works perfect.
