I wish I had known about pluralsight years ago. It has quality content. It helped me move to senior roles easily. I watch/listen daily during commute to work.
I've been using Soulver for years, it's really helpful.
We use dbt and it works really well, but when it comes to complex logic using UDF or something other than sql makes more sense.
I don't think loki is production ready. Needs more work. It's going to be great with grafana though
