i mean for something this small, it can be fit into a l3 cache on a cpu and be essentially always on various purposes
i mean you can materialize a 100 nuclear reactors and robust grid with enough money, issue is incentive and regulation/property rights.
This could be killer for ingame AI for grand strategy games like Victoria 3 or EU5
