This is a step backwards for LGBTQI rights. It is scientifically proven that there are no differences between men and women. I hope the inevitable retraction gets as much attention on HN.

Why? I'd rather the Gov the spend money on programs than corporations on RND.
It may not be productive but understanding the extensibility of our systems gives us a more wholistic view of them. It could be useful in unexpected ways in the future. Or not.
