Electrical generator using Induction?

Attn physicists: If an Induction cooktop can boil water so quickly - less than 3 minutes at 1300 Watts, then why can't we use Induction technology to make a hyper-efficient steam-based electricity generator? You use a small amount of power to create a large amount of steam, which then goes and turns the turbine, creating electricity. Thoughts?
