Not in terms of email, or cloud space, etc. But in terms of using your personal laptop or desktop for work or visa-versa. Do you create a different use account just for work?
I don't usually mix personal hardware and software with work. The Corp usually hired me for "works for hire" (which is the typical arrangement in the US), which means anything I create is theirs. Mixing in my personal hardware muddies the waters about who owns what, so it's just better to let them provide the hardware/software to do the job and use that instead of using my stuff.
Check your invention assignment agreement with your employer. The company may have the right to search and audit any device you use for work, even if it's your personal laptop.
