The 'free speech' guarantee in the US has to do with the government, not with companies or your fellow citizens.

No, that's not hard to argue with at all. There are plenty of good reasons they should not do that.

BTW, that article is despicable. It basically takes a tragedy and then goes and finds some obscure links as argument why the publication and it's fellows should be the sole source of available information.
