Ask HN: What Are Good Resources for Improving Dev Agility?

I'm really interested in improving dev agility by making better choices up and down the stack. I want to get better/faster at shipping MVPs and early stage products.

Currently use things like: React, React Native, Flow, Node/Express, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Sequelize (ORM), CircleCI, AWS (the entire list is a lot longer of course). I've also built out fairly extensive kickstarter templates for API/frontends using those technologies.

I'm curious about things like MongoDB, Rails, Heroku, etc and whether they can dramatically improve dev time vs what I'm already using. Any thoughts/references would be greatly appreciated!
