This is what I don't understand. Does this means that any disagreement with people of color is automatically racism?

The whole article reads like victimhood 101, I do not 'bring [my] history with [me]' when I'm arguing with someone. And I'm sorry but I'm not buying the 'workplace must be racist if it is more than 50% white' - No, you can't claim racism unless the % of ethnic minorities in an organisation is less than the historical average of ethnic minorities leaving the university courses that are that role's prerequisite plus the historical average of ethnic minorities who have immigrated with that degree - and even then you'd have to collect stats on who applied for the roles!
