Success and value were never a function of how much of your time and energy you dedicate to your job. Success/value is a function of results. If the products you build are successful hardly anybody will look at how much time you spend at work. In other words success is a function of... success. I don't understand why anyone would try to redefine these basic concepts.

Even if someone doesn't make good technical contributions, we shall value them for the other contributions they make. [ 3.3 ms ] story [ 21.9 ms ] thread- Me thinks that technical skills are not important at all. If we want to compete with Chinese all we need is warm feelings and Kumbaya.
