Ask HN: How Covid-19 crisis have already changed the way we work?

In my opinion, and still, lots of challenges to be faced and uncertainties, there is a few that already changed forever:

- Companies will provide more freedom to their people to work from wherever they think it is better when they needed.

- 9 to 5 working hours is dead.

- Talent can be everywhere, without need to relocation.

- Real work-life balance is possible when no commuting and no tight schedule to work is needed.
