I kinda surprised more people weren't aware of this. The entire CDF program thing is kinda neat. You can embed these plug-ins into a webpage. They aren't restricted to this website.
Some cool demos, kinda sad it requires a plugin. The medical imaging CT segmentation example is very similar to something I'm working on at the moment using javascript and the canvas tag.
